Our midwife was lovely, very supportive and helpful. She gave me really good advice when I was finding breastfeeding difficult. She observed what I was doing and then suggested trying a different position. This stopped the pain I was experiencing and this has encouraged me to continue.
evrething was fine and nothing could be improved.
Politeness and excellent advice & care given together with a good understanding of new parents concerns and anxieties. No suggestions for improvement as the service we have been given has been excellent.
everything was ok today
My care all throughout my pregnancy has been second to non! My midwife, Lisa Butler was remarkable and really helped me with personal issues I had. I cannot thank her enough! No improvements needed anywhere in my opinion!
-Lovely people -midwife & HV.
-Good phone support
Care was sufficient thanks.
The help and advice they have given me has been great. I needed them to come back for an extra visit and they were straight there, dispite being stretched
The only thing that I could see that needs improving is the staffing levels.
I had the most amazing experience having a water birth at home, this was my first baby and I would hands down choose it over giving birth at hospital. Melanie the midwife that looked after me was fantastic and made me feel calm and relaxed. I know that if I had been at hospital I more than likely would have had other forms of pain relief. Melanie helped with aromatherapy oils on my back and used a tens machine and to me this was more than enough to see me through. On top of being relaxed in my own home. If I decide to have more children in the future I won't hesitate to opt for a home birth again.
